You are perfect just the way you are!

All relationships are different. We participate in many relationships, whether it’s with co-workers, clients, fellow employee’s, our employee’s, or employers and they are all different. Other relationships we have are with friends, parents, children, and our spouses. We treat each relationship differently and each of these relationships affect our daily lives to one degree or another, however there is ONE relationship that impacts every area of our life and every other relationship we have. This relationship is with our Father, Jesus, and Spirit. What this relationship looks like and what it should look like are two different things. Understanding what this means and examining how the right relationship can change us, gives us the most beautiful, intimate, life changing love-giving transformational encounter with the Trinity that we will ever have. Hearing the song they sing to us will echo in our hearts and this will stir up the wells of living water all of us are so thirsty for. We all long for this love, and we chase after this love throughout our lives. Only the unconditional love of the Trinity will give us the security and assurance we need to live in the fullness of peace and joy that surpasses all understanding. Sadly we are swayed by illusion, desire and deception. This loving relationship is what we search for, more often than not we think it is hidden in some mystery that religion will reveal. We hear things from pulpits that cripple us from the freedom we have in Christ. We attempt to perform, over perform, study more, seek harder and end up feeling defeated by the unfortunate game of “Hide and go Seek”. The truth is we are all with the author and finisher of our faith. Whether we realize it, or not they are with us.

Religion sells the lie, and like many others, Katy and I bought into it. The pitch the salesman gave was that He (God) is the one hiding and we need to do certain things to find Him. When we find Him we need to believe He only likes us because He gave Jesus the beating we deserve and then we will be saved. This lie is a crafty one wrapped in a nice package of works, but far from the truth.

“God has no intention to condemn anyone -he sent his son, not to be the Judge but the Savior of the world.” -John 3:17 MB

This crazy game of “Hide and Go Seek” goes on, and on. We, then, come to the triple fork in the road. We have 3 choices to make, keep trudging with self effort, play the part around others in the game, or take the road less traveled and find out who the Father, Son, and Spirit really are.

Katy and I took the road less traveled. The deconstruction from religious mindsets and teachings has been a joyous journey. Throughout this process we have been met with opposition and encouragement. Katy and I are on the ride of our lives and the ride is far from over. Today we are able laugh at what we were taught and what we believed, but at the same time, we are also saddened when we see the grip of religion destroying the lives so many people. One of our friends and our Pastor Mike Popovich said recently in a message, “When we hear the true good news it increases our capacity to live life more abundantly.”

“There is no other gospel in spite of the many so-called Christian products branded “gospel.” If any hint of the law remains, it is not good news but merely religious people’s ideas, detracting from the gospel of Christ.”-Galatians 1:7 MB

Over the last year both of us have spent time examining the “who told us that” when we read or heard something that doesn’t resonate in our hearts, or we have a response to a situation that produces a thought that we know isn’t truth. On this journey we both use to spend lots of time thinking and seeking the truth through head knowledge. The reality is, He is in and through all things. All of humanity craves the pure undiluted truth that the Father, Son and Spirit are pure love and this truth does not waver. This is the relationship we have because all of us are born out of the Trinity’s relationship of overflowing love. We can’t hide from our Father because He is in us, we can’t seek Him through intellect because He is already with us and we are all able to experience all of Him through our heartbeat and our breath.

The only thing muffling His echo are the layers of lies and deception we have were taught to believe over the years.

I love when in Ephesians 1, Paul prays for our spiritual eyes of understanding to be opened and for our spiritual ears to hear. Jesus abolished the lie of distance and delay by reconciling all of us into Him. The veil was torn when He gave up His spirit. We now can talk openly and honestly with Him growing in relationship with the Trinity. That relationship and unveiling allows us to see ourselves the way that They have always seen us. We can now listen and hear His heartbeat in our heartbeat. “So now, with our awakening into our full inclusion in this love union, everything is perfect! Its completeness is not compromised in contradiction. Our confident conversation echoes this fellowship even in the face of crisis; because as he is, so are we in this world -our lives are mirrored in him.”-1 John 4:17 MB

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”-2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV Our discernment comes from this truth. Anything that causes fear, stress or worry is not of Him, however, Power, love and a sound mind are His Spirit. This is incredibly good news! Our freedom lies in the unveiling of who we have always been.

Since He is the beginning and the end, He is in and through all life. It is His life that sustains all life. He gave breath to all of creation out of love, not to torment any one, but to love and let us all live in the freedom of what life is. We have free will to live and enjoy the life we have at the level we are comfortable with. We all have the assurance of paradise for eternity through the blood and resurrection of Jesus. This is the relationship we have with the Trinity. We can all simply take a deep breath and say thank you Lord that I am ok the way you made me. The more often we do this the more often His peace will overtake our lives and joy will over flow in great abundance.

All condemnation has been canceled in Christ and separation is a illusion. We are His children. Participating in His embrace is up to us! He is wonderful, safe, secure perfect. And we are created in His likeliness and image. Nothing can separate us from him. He is our heart, our breath our life. No greater love than that. Thank you Father for your echoes vibrating within us before the foundation of the world was formed… you put eternity into all of humanity’s hearts. Thank you that the judgment seat of Christ is not scary, but a beautiful unveiling of all the untruths and who told you that’s that blurred our vision from our ultimate earthly relationship with you the trinity. Oh Father thank you that all who read this will begin to hear your echo more and more. That you are constantly singing your songs of salvation over us. That it’s not the reality of us excepted you Lord. It’s the fact that you accepted all of us, Jew, and gentile. We are all yours and your madly in love with each of us, your perfect masterpiece. Your the conductor of the most perfect symphony being played out in human experience and expression. Hallelujah Lord!

Simply breath and experience the truth that you are ok! Ahhhh we can all rest in this reality. Simply resting in the intimate truth, He made me designed me. He gave me the desires of my heart. He made me perfectly. This is the new temple, and it is in our hearts!! Hallelujah this is good news.

All of His promises are yours!

Blessings in Love,

Kurt and Katy
